Job applications, handled daily

Tell us the job you want. We do the applying, every day.

We watch the application systems companies actually use — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters — match new openings against your profile, and submit through their public forms. Each morning one email tells you what went out, with the evidence attached.

Your first 5 applications and your first report are free.

No LinkedIn or Indeed password. Public application forms only.

One thing worth considering

Companies in the 40–200 employee range are replying to you about twice as often as the larger ones. It may be worth widening the titles you accept at smaller companies.

1 application is waiting on you: Ridgeline Data asked a question your profile doesn't answer.

Example report. Companies, roles and times shown are made up for illustration.

Applies directly on

  • Greenhouse
  • Lever
  • Ashby
  • Workday
  • SmartRecruiters
  • Workable
  • Recruitee
  • Rippling
  • Breezy HR

Company career pages running these systems, from twenty-person startups to listed companies. We add sources as we verify them — we'd rather not publish a company count we can't stand behind.

How it works

Three things happen. Only the first one needs you.

  1. 01

    Set your criteria once

Upload a résumé and fill in what every application form asks for: contact details, location, work authorisation, notice period. Then describe the roles — titles, locations, remote or on-site, a salary floor, company size, and any company you'd rather skip.

  2. 02

We look, match and apply — daily

Every day we pull new openings from the systems we support, score them against your criteria, and apply to the best matches up to your daily limit. Open questions like “why this company?” are answered from your own material, not from a stock template.

  3. 03

    You read one email

Company, role, the minute we submitted, and a link to the evidence we kept. Plus whatever changed on earlier applications, and one suggestion drawn from what's actually getting replies.

The daily report

The part you'll actually read

The report is the product. On a quiet day — a Sunday, a narrow search — it still arrives, because status changes keep coming in long after the applying stops. You should never have to log in to find out whether anything happened.

Where we differ

Three choices we made on purpose

We never touch your job-board accounts

Some tools automate by driving your logged-in LinkedIn or Indeed session. We don't ask for those credentials, because we don't need them: we submit through the public forms on company application systems. Where an employer's own system requires a candidate account, it's created under your email address and the confirmation lands in your inbox.

Every application comes with evidence

We keep the submission time, a snapshot of the posting exactly as it looked when we applied, and the confirmation page or email that came back. It sits in your dashboard and is linked from every report. You never have to take our word for it.

The daily limit is the point

Firing off hundreds of applications a day is how forms start rejecting you and how accounts get flagged as automated. We apply a fixed number per day, deliberately. It's also why this makes sense as something running quietly in the background rather than a one-week sprint.

Control

It's your search. You can stop it at any point.

Review before anything is sent
Switch a copilot to review mode and nothing is submitted until you've read it and pressed approve.
Pause without losing anything
Pause for a week or stop entirely. Your applications, statuses and evidence stay where they are.
Exclude who you like
Block your current employer, agencies, or any company you don't want hearing from you.
Correct it as it runs
Mark a match as wrong and say why. That feedback changes which roles it picks and how it answers next time.

Questions

Reasonable things to ask before handing over your job search

Do you need my LinkedIn or Indeed password?

No, and we won't ask for it. We apply on the application systems companies run themselves, using their public forms. Where an employer's system requires a candidate account, it's created with your email address and the confirmation goes straight to you.

What exactly gets submitted in my name?

Your résumé, the standard fields (name, contact, location, work authorisation, notice period) and answers to the employer's own questions, written from the material you gave us. Every answer is readable in your dashboard, and you can switch to review mode if you'd rather approve each application first.

How many applications a day?

Twenty on Standard, fifty on Pro, and never more than that. Going faster is how applications start getting flagged as automated, which works against you rather than for you.

Will this get me interviews?

We can't promise that, and we'd be careful with anyone who does — the decision belongs to the employer. What we're accountable for is the part we control: matches that fit your criteria, complete applications, submitted on time, with evidence you can check.

What happens if a form asks something unusual?

We don't invent an answer. The application is held, and it appears in your report as waiting on you. Making something up on your behalf is the one failure mode we're not willing to have.

How do I know an application really went out?

Each one keeps the submission time, a snapshot of the posting as it looked that day, and the confirmation page or email. Status changes afterwards come from employer replies sent to the forwarding address we set up for you.

Which countries does this cover?

Any location you set, as long as the employer runs one of the application systems we support. That's typically the case for companies hiring internationally in tech, product, design, data and operations roles.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your history and evidence remain available to you afterwards. Refund terms are on the refunds page.

Set it up once. Then read one email a day.

Setting up a copilot takes about ten minutes. The first applications go out on your next daily run.
